Individual product
If you have indicated interest in selling our Individual and Family™ plans, a custom URL for quoting and enrollment will be assigned to you. To ensure commissions are paid for the individual sale, please include your producer ID through our website or written on the individual application.
Unless otherwise indicated by contract, the applicable commission for individual dental or vision products sold by producer on or after February 1, 2025 will be:
