Community Donation Program

We are passionate about giving back to the communities we serve. Through Delta Dental’s community donation program, we support charitable organizations working to make a difference in communities throughout Missouri. 

Community donation requests will be considered if they meet the following criteria:

• The organization is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

• The organization serves individuals in Missouri or South Carolina.

• The organization must support the overall health and well-being of at-need or at-risk populations. 

• The Community Giving application must be requested by an authorized member of the organization seeking support. 

Maximum community donation funding amount: $5,000

Preference will be given to requests with an oral health component.

Applications for community donations/sponsorships will be reviewed based on cycle schedule above. Charitable organizations may apply for funding once per year; this includes any requests that have been declined or approved. If an organization has already received funding from Delta Dental this year, they are not eligible to apply.
