Jane Stanhaus

Chief Human Resources Officer

Jane Stanhaus is the chief human resources officer at Delta Dental of Missouri. She joined the organization in 1996, and currently directs all aspects of its human resources department. She previously served as Delta Dental of Missouri’s manager of finance and human resources, then as human resources manager, and as director of human resources, before assuming her current role. 

Prior to her tenure at Delta Dental, Ms. Stanhaus served as human resources manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, as corporate internal auditor at May Company and as financial auditor at Price Waterhouse. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Washington University.
