DELTA DENTAL OF MISSOURI NAMES INGE CHIEF DENTAL OFFICER AND VICE PRESIDENT OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
ST. LOUIS, MO (May 17, 2016) … Delta Dental of Missouri has announced that Ron Inge, DDS, has been named the company’s chief dental officer and vice president of professional services, reporting to Rob Goren, president and CEO of Delta Dental of Missouri. Inge will be responsible for setting clinical policies, network development, and overseeing the utilization and quality management programs for the dental and vision benefits company.

He is also a nationally known and respected speaker on the topic of dental benefits, having spoken twice at our signature futureFOCUS conference in St. Louis.”
Inge joins Delta Dental of Missouri from Western Dental Services and Brident Dental in Orange, Calif., where he was the chief dental officer. Previously, he was vice president of professional services and dental director for Delta Dental of Washington. He has served in executive roles at Aetna, Delta Dental of California, the American Dental Association, DentiCare of California and AVP Vision Plans. He was involved in the original concept and development of the Institute for Oral Health (IOH) in 2006 and served as the organization’s executive director for more than eight years.

Inge received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from Stanford University. Dr. Inge has 15 years of private practice experience as a general dentist in northern California. He will make the St. Louis area his home.
